        Manuel Manzaneque Suárez studied Viticulture and Oenology at the prestigious school ‘Agropolis' in Montpellier (France). After that he worked in several prestigious wineries in the South of France, Spain and Bordeaux, like 2001 grape harvest at Chateau Le Bon Pasteur (Pomerol – France) reporting directly to Michel Rolland

        For 10 years he has been the technical director of the family's winery in El Bonillo (Albacete – Spain). He was the highest responsible of the vineyards and the enology of this Pago. He also worked in the sales. He participated in several activities to spread wine culture, like as a speaker at different universities, in activities for someliers, presentations of the prestigious association Grandes Pagos de España, radio, television, etc.

        In 2011 he began with his own project, and in 2012 he left definitely the family winery because of management changes on the winery due to his father's illness.

        In 2011 he began with the ¡Ea! Project, the aim is to rescue old vineyards from authoctonous varieties. After several tests with bobal and garnacha tintorera he started working with cencibel from old vines, from 40 to 70 years old, in D.O. La mancha. What he wanted to get, because of these old vines, was a great wine, really hedonistic, and with an excellent quality- price ratio. He does not reject to increase his wine range in the future, so he never stops going over different vineyards in La Mancha and other regions, in order to increase his knowledge about different soils and grapes.

        Nowadays Manuel also works as an advisor in different wineries in the region. He works as a self-employed, and in these wineries he is the highest responsible of the vineyards and the wine-making. He works with authoctonous and foreing varieties.

        He colaborates in both programmes at a local radio station (Es radio) and at the regional television channel (Castilla la Mancha Television). The television programme is called ‘La Vinoteca', and he manages and presents a section called ‘De la cepa a la copa' where he explains the processes of the wine from the vineyard to the glass. He also colaborates with ‘Asociacion de sumilleres y amigos del vino de Albacete' an association to promote the wine in the region.

        He is really passionated by nature, field, vineyards, the wine culture and gastronomy, and he feels that he is really lucky because he does what he likes most.
